My mission is building mutual connection between McDonald and customer. I greet and have conversation with them during the dinning time to see if they are satisfied with food and service, also to up sale foods. Fast food chain is not popular in Vietnam at all, so this position is very important to increase the brand awareness and customer loyalty. Also, I improve my English a lot when I work here.
