- Supervise 46 production employees and one supervisor. Responsible for production staffing needs, training incoming supervisors, production scheduling, dryer scheduling. Led the charge of implementation of new Electronic Resource Planning systems AX 2012 and beginning stages of Microsoft D365. Ordering materials and tools to keep all areas of the manufacturing process running smoothly. Heavily involved in implementation of new safety policies and culture. I was the back up for the Plant Manager, Safety Manager, and Scheduler. During my time in this position I boosted employee morale by fostering a positive work environment, recognizing exceptional performance, and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
