• Data managed and Maintained assets requiring Troubleshooting and Periodic Maintenance as a work center Supervisor
• Sent in Reports weekly of Completed Maintenance and (RFI) ready for issue reports.
• Conducted periodic technical training weekly for new technicians and old for sustainability and new knowledge.
• Oversaw all maintenance and conducted periodic checks for all work being done including but not limited to torque specs and fluid levels during regular maintenance and periodic maintenance.

• Maintained the (SEPMS) program Support equipment program maintenance systems as the manager overseeing 1500 assets for maintainers working on CH53 Aircraft.
• Held a 92 percent RFI rating after 6 months of being handed the program with no prior experience learning a lot of the knowledge about the program by reading with no hands on prior training which was what got me the billet at Mals 16.
• Received a (NAM) Navy Achievement Medal for supporting my Squadron and two marine expeditionary units which are aircraft Carriers with all 1500 assets and with my 92 percent RFI rating divided the gear up between all three units and successfully completed those deployments with my gear.
• Held and maintained over 800 record jackets for assets requiring tracked maintenance in excel and paper copies.

• Conducted maintenance on wind turbine brakes by utilizing inside and outside micrometers to measure brake components. If the measurements were outside of specified limits, led the team in replacing all components using various locally manufactured tools until the correct solution was found to remove all brake pucks.
• After replacement, submitted detailed photos and completed the job by performing torque specifications on all necessary nuts and bolts.
• Led and supervised a crew on a daily basis, ensuring the completion of one tower per day as requested by the maintenance supervisor.
• Managed all aspects of maintenance work during the contract, ensuring quality and safety standards were met.
• In instances where more than one tower could be completed each day, it was ensured that at least two towers were finished.
• Focused on maintaining accurate measurements and addressing any components that required extra attention, especially in cases where prior maintenance had been lacking, which demanded more time and precision.
