Summary

Began working for Borger ISD in January of 2020 as a World Geography teacher and coaching football, basketball, and baseball teaching and coaching specifically within the high school. Scheduling trips and travel plans as coach and planning schedules and making changes to schedule if necessary due to various factors. Moving then to a U.S. History teacher and Social Studies Department Head, I began to then look at data in order to create lessons, assignments, and activities around weaker areas of the subject. In the summer of 2024, I began my new role as an administrator for Borger Middle School and the next year, at Borger Intermediate School. Quickly learning to better collaborate, mentor, and serve teachers, staff, students, and other stakeholders.
