May 13, 2025 – June 14, 2025

Received CDL Class B license with Passenger Endorsement from the State of MD

CLASSROOM: I have received three hundred (300) hours of training in the classroom, on the simulator, on the range, and on the public streets and highways. The training covered vehicle systems, driving techniques, defensive driving, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, logbooks, vehicle inspections, map reading, and trip planning, among other topics. As a result of my being attentive and an active training participant, I passed the MVA skills test on my first attempt. The professional training enabled me to receive my Class “B” Commercial Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement.

RANGE: To enhance my driving proficiency, I participated in learning sessions on the school's off-highway driving and practice range. Range activities included pre-trip inspection, coupling and uncoupling, all range maneuvers, and basic driving techniques, including shifting and cornering.

ROAD: The training hours I acquired in this area were performed on public roads, streets, and highways, driving under the guidance of a qualified driver instructor using the college's road trucks. I drove predetermined routes to obtain a minimum of 200 miles Behind the Wheel experience, which is approximately 12 - 16 hours.
