  • Managing all cellar tasks, centrifuging, and kegging for a 30 bbl system with eight 120 bbl fermenters, four 120 bbl brites, two 60 bbl fermenters, one 60 bbl brite, four 30 bbl fermenters, and two 30 bbl brites.
  • Hiring and training for all cellar operators.
  • Trained every production member on the outdoor cellar when it was first installed.
  • Calibrating both the Anton Paar Snap 51 and cboxqc at line.
  • Working cross-facility for product matching at the other IndieBrew brewery, Scofflaw Brewing Company.
  • Building the current QA/QC and sensory programs at BIBCO.
  • Running VDKs on a UV/VIS spec on all beers prior to the crash.
  • Running actual ABV testing on a UV/VIS spec.
  • Future tests for FAN, IBU, protein, and polyphenols, etc.
  • Spearheading a yeast repitch program with hopes for PCR implementation.
  • Ensuring all data captured is up to date and logical.
