- My job consisted of quality control, which included communication with my higher ups on issues found along with the other operators on the line
- The line operators looked up to me as a leader, only because the team Leads at this place were never around or if you called for them on the radio it could be a couple hours before they come around
- I learned every aspect of my job, what is acceptable and what isnt, the exact amount of time it takes for part to get to me off the mold, how long it takes for the parts to go completely around the full circuit of their track
- My reason for leaving this job was not because the company is bad, or the pay, it simply comes down to the leadership doesnt care about parts until quality control supervisors come around about defects found on the assembly line, most of the time it was stuff we tried to esscalate to those that are supposedly the team lead of the line.
