My responsibilities are taking care of service desk tickets for out of date practices. Answering phone calls and assisting customers with issues with our services. Responding to and sending emails regarding issues and scheduling integrations and service maintenances. Remoting into customers servers to install our services, creating services, and editing files to connect integrations to our system. When issues arise while on a customers server we troubleshoot by using powershell and command prompt, and typical troubleshooting methodology.

• Help desk role. Answer phones, assist users with computer issues such as remote desktop, password resets and unlocks, printer resets, cigma issues, all sorts of technical issues, hardware and software issues of every kind.
• Monitor as400 computer systems closely, looking for errors and handling them accordingly, setting up and configuring weekly backups, and more.
