Travis Mundt

My primary responsibility involves coordinating with upper management to ensure smooth functioning of the kitchen as a whole. I act as a line of communication between upper management and staff, train new and promoted employees, send completed orders to food vendors, take inventory, create specials, solve various problems that arise, and keep the kitchen up to our high standards by cleaning and rotating products regularly. After 10 years I feel like an integral part of a great company.
