  • Responsible for the sales and operations of 6 Gold’s Gyms in the greater Richmond area with a membership base of over 40,000 and a collective staff of 400+
  • Developed an alternative advertising strategy that saved the company over $50,000 annually while improving monthly sales numbers YOY
  • Created new programs during COVID-19 shutdown, including live-streamed workouts/classes and virtual personal training, to ensure continued revenue
  • Ensured all 6 clubs adhered strictly to the CDC guidelines while reopening without incident and had a record-breaking sales month in June 2020.
  • Spearheaded deals with three elite athletic organization to use Gold’s as their official training center, and developed weekly team training for their athletes to be trained by Gold’s trainers which more than doubled our personal training revenue
