Assisted in performance of unit maintenance of turret components. Performed preventative maintenance checks and services on tank chassis and automotive components before, during, and after use. Always exercised safety precautions in ammunition handling. Served two eighteen month tours in Karbala, Iraq.

• Installed wallboards to interior walls and ceilings of homes. Trimmed, fit and fastened wallboards /sheetrock into specified position, using hand tools, portable power tools, or adhesive. Measured and marked cutting lines on framing, drywall, and trim, using tape measure, straightedge or square, and marking devices. Installed blanket insulation between studs and tacked plastic moisture barrier over insulation as needed.

• Laid building materials, such as brick, structural tile, and stone to construct or repair walls, partitions, arches, fireplaces, and other structures. Utilized drawings/prints and measured the distance from reference points and marked guidelines on working surface to lay out work. Mixed the mortar and applied it to the work area along with specified brick or stone. Cut brick to correct dimensions with brick saw as needed. Maintained an organized as safe work area.
