Currently an Implementation specialist II with FIS. I have worked in the banking IT field for 18 years managing different types of banking software. I have maintained, trained, and implemented numerous system offerings to banks such as Bill Pay, ACH, Wire, User Interfaces, Credit Card and many other systems. I have served as a Subject Matter Expert, Project Manager, and Trainer for most of the roles I have occupied both internally to employees and externally to clients. I have a high rate of learning and will pick most things up fast.

  • Specifically i worked with credit card implementations for banks.
  • My role had me working with both banks that had no programs and existing programs so I would guide them through getting their banks ready for Credit Cards for the first time or learning a new aspect.
