Finance Manager supporting all Bank Product & Service & Healthcare Services.

• Partnered with the President of Bank Product & Service and the CEO of Healthcare Services on new product initiatives, customer pricing, manage revenue and expense budgets, and built, maintained and reported on strategic financials.
• Represented Finance on a project to evaluate, bid on and win an agent bankcard product with an MLB team as partner.
• Worked with the Product Management team on product profitability and pricing with a focus on loan products and commercial & retail credit card products.

Finance Manager supporting the Operations and Technology areas of the Bank.

• Led a team supporting an associate base exceeding 1,400 FTE's, $300M of expense and dozens of vendor relationships.
• Led an internal team in the process of vendor selection and individually led the vendor negotiation and business case preparation on an outsourcing effort projected to save $25M+ over the following 10 years.
• Led a negotiation with the incumbent vendor upon contract renewal to lower pricing, saving $750k annually starting in 2017.
• Partnered with the CIO and Director of Operations to develop and execute business plans, manage expenses and budgets, build ROI's around decisions, and negotiate with external partners on purchases and service agreements such as outsourced arrangements.
• Led a team in building a cost allocation model to drive towards LOB, product and customer profitability.
• Drove efficiency gains through unit cost, productivity, and fixed vs. variable cost analysis.
