Advises Regiment Commander pertaining to the medical status of troopers. Coordinates the care of over 4,400 service members within 3d Cavalry Regiment. Plans and prepares for medical treatment and role 2 medical care during deployment. Acts as officer-in-charge of patient hold during field training exercises and deployments of 3d Cavalry Regiment.

Coordinated medical care of service members to Host Nation Facilities. Works directly with Partner Forces, Joint Services, and Government Agencies to facilitate Medical Evacuations from theatre. Provides case management to all personal deployed or assigned to CENTCOM AOR by reviewing healthcare plans for patients, coordinating patient care, assessing needs, determining treatment eligibility, making arrangements for ancillary services, and monitoring progress and communicating results to relevant parties.

Facilitated medical treatment and care to Command O-6 and above; as well as, senior enlisted advisors and staff of the aforementioned officer.

Coordinated care services and referrals with United States Military Hospital - Kuwait

Displayed exceptional leadership capabilities as the unit training officer, conducting and supervising the education, readiness, and development of 86 Registered Nurses, 6 Licensed Practical Nurses, 10Navy Corpsman, 4 Army Combat Medics, 8 Certified Nursing Assistants, and 14 Telemetry Technicians.

While serving in the role of Medical Evacuation Officer, managed the transfer of 12 MEDEVAC patients to both 3C Cardiac telemetry floor and the WRNMMC Intensive Care Unit to undergo lifesaving medial treatment.
