Coordinated medical care of service members to Host Nation Facilities. Works directly with Partner Forces, Joint Services, and Government Agencies to facilitate Medical Evacuations from theatre. Provides case management to all personal deployed or assigned to CENTCOM AOR by reviewing healthcare plans for patients, coordinating patient care, assessing needs, determining treatment eligibility, making arrangements for ancillary services, and monitoring progress and communicating results to relevant parties.
