• Provide assessment, diagnosis and medication management in an outpatient setting office. Formulate treatment plans and coordinate care with therapists, case managers and physicians. • Responsible for assessment of new patients in an adult outpatient clinic. Provide patient diagnoses, medication management and supportive care. I have had the opportunity to work with patients diagnosed with opioid, alcohol, and other chemical dependences. I also have experience diagnosing substance use disorders and providing MAT services. • Completed more than (600+) Clinical Practicum Outpatient Clinical Hours focusing on acute and chronic mental health conditions to include: MDD, GAD, Panic disorders, ADHD, PTSD, Bipolar, Schizophrenic disorders, and Personality Disorders. Completed full initial psychiatric evaluations, resulting in development of initial diagnosis and treatment plan. Provided evidence-based research to support treatment decisions. Worked collaboratively with other members of the treatment team. Participated in individual therapy.
  

Government contract, assigned to the Baghdad Embassy Compound (BEC) providing support groups and one on one therapy for mental health topics. Additional tasks included triaging and treating and/or critical medical complaints, as well as assisting with site security at various locations

Answer calls for service, provide appropriate emergent care based on approved written and/or verbal protocols; additional skills include applying splints/bandages, performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and advanced life support (ALS) skills such as defibrillation, cardio-version, chest decompression, and intubations.

Perform arterial blood samples (radial and brachial), administered, monitored, and titrated per approved standards, protocols, and orders medications such as: vasoconstrictors, vasodilators, inotropic, paralytics, narcotic/opioids, antagonists, beta blockers, TXA for uncontrollable bleeding as well as TPA for stroke patients. Additionally, I monitored, and treated per standard protocols and provider orders for hemodynamically unstable patients. Patient population included: ventilated patients, cardiac cath and ablations, Swanz catheters, arterial lines and balloon pumps as well as post cardiac arrest patients.
