1. Supervision and Coordination:

· Oversee and coordinate projects with contractors and developers.

· Coordinate closing of completed projects, prepare required paperwork for bond releases and final payment authorization for the Public Work Director or the Associate Director.

· Function as a liaison between contractors, utility companies, city, state, federal agencies developers and property owners.

· Regularly participate in and lead regular project meetings.

· Review plans to ensure compliance with all standards, building codes, local codes and safety codes.

· Inspect projects for quality and compliance with plans, specifications, codes, legislation, and county standards.

· Inspect excavation and access permits for safety and construction standards.

· Inspect subdivisions to ensure compliance with plans and county development standards.
