Primary Responsibiilties:

  • Review the manpower needs and scheduling with the Idealease Service Manager on a regular basis.
  • Monitor Innentories of parts, tires, lubricants and fuel to insure all items are accounted for correctly and within forecasted budgets.
  • Monitor warranty programs and recovery.
  • Review monthly financials and income statements with Idealease Service Manager.
  • Develop and iniate corrective actions and policies as necessary.
  • Monitor and review customer service levels on a continuous basis with Idealese Service Manager.
