  • Independently performed a variety of tasks including - sorting and distributing mail, bookkeeping and record keeping for over 600 accounts - while providing friendly and helpful custom service within a tight time constraint.
  • Completed daily cash functions, invoicing, receiving and applying payments, send monthly statements as well as making bank deposits and transfers. Reconciled accounts for multiple entities and collected past due invoices.
  • Correctly verified, classified and entered all AP and ensured the costs were applied to the correct project.

Ranching

We raise cattle for rodeo stock and beef and are exploring opportunities with exotic animals as well.  I also raise and train horses and give riding lessons.  In all my spare time I have taken up leathercraft and make custom horse tack as well so my hands may be weird colors at any given time.
