  • I analyzed closed Taxpayer Advocate cases to identify discrepancies. I read reports and extracted pertinent data into the quality system from case files. I reviewed and analyzed cases to identify underlying causes of problems and reported the overall balanced measures results. I was a lead on the Guidance Advisory Board, and several other teams, i.e., a team lead in implementing the new attributes, peer review team, etc. I provided guidance and direction on specific programs. I conducted consistency meetings regarding case advocate errors that did not meet the Internal Revenue Manual guidance. I acted as Manager. I forwarded dialogue assignments to Analysts, approved/rejected reviews from Analysts, approved leave requests, etc. I created and implemented a Case Quality Review System Input Guide, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and several PowerPoint presentations, etc.

  • I am married to my best friend for over 37 years and we are "empty nesters" of three successful adult children, 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
  • I am a retired Quality Analyst from the Internal Revenue Service after 35 years and 9 months.
  • I provide emotional, physical and daily support for my 91 year old mother, of which I am her power of attorney.
  • I am passionate about getting justice for victims and their families, as my sister was a victim of domestic violence and did not survive. I've spent the last 6 and a half years investigating her death that was ruled a suicide. My life goal is to gain additional skills to be able to address and change current legislations regarding investigating unattended deaths and claims of suicides/accidents by the victim's physical/marital partner; in hopes to provide family members closure and justice they deserve and lessen the massive cold cases left unresolved.
