• Conduct 1:1 therapy 50% of time or as needed within clinic.

• Provides ongoing training to RBTs to continually improve skill set of all RBTs within clinic.
• Provides coaching, modeling, and demonstration of specific strategies and/or activities as observed and/or tasked by Clinical Leadership team to identified ABA Therapists and RBTs.
• Models skills through ongoing trainings, regularly articulating connection between demonstration and specific BACB content.

Within 6 months, got promoted to being a supervisor. This job duties consisted of:

• Provided excellent customer service by following up with clients, mailing out applications and responding to incoming calls.
• Making case notes and managing case logbook.
• Kept stakeholders up to date on details and information regarding clients.
• Responded to all client inquiries and asked appropriate questions to facilitate resolution.

Accumulated 500 hours shadowing an Occupational Therapist that included:

• Providing mobility assistance such as walking and regular exercising.
• Completed entries in log books to accurately document and report patient progress.
• Assisting OT with different treatment plans to help overcome mobility restrictions.
• Great learning experience and opportunity working with all ages to help improve overall wellness.
