Time-Sensitive Decision-Making: Bartenders must adapt to rapidly changing conditions in a high energy environment, and have the ability to make split-second decisions to optimize the guest experience and workflow.

Conflict Resolution & Problem Solving: Servers must quickly assess and de-escalate situations with dissatisfied customers, demonstrating the ability to handle stress.

Team Leadership & Adaptability: Staff must work collaboratively and veterans must step into leadership roles to ensure all team members are operating efficiently.

Another role demanding situational awareness, precision, and the ability to anticipate and respond to constantly changing conditions. Ensure successful golf interactions, course logistics, and strategic decision making during high-pressure tournaments.

Key Responsibilities:

Situational Awareness & Risk Assessment: A good caddie is constantly assessing the course conditions, weather, and their golfer's game in order to provide strategic recommendations and maintain safety.

Clear & Effective Communication: Provide concise, real-time guidance to golfers regarding course layout, shot selection, and local etiquette.

Real-Time Decision-Making: Evaluate variables (wind speed, hazards, and club selection) under time sensitive conditions.

Multitasking & Prioritization: Juggle responsibilities from assisting golfers and maintaining course integrity to managing teetimes and pace of play.
