I feel that I take pride in my work, I pay attention to detail. I would like to consider myself a hard worker that always shows up on time. I understand the importance of showing up on time and being a valuable team player.
My daily task for this job included alot of different things. I would coordinate schedules and jobs to be completed for 4 different guys. I would always ensure the guys had the task at hand completed in a timely manner. I answered phone and talked with customers and scheduled appointments with our shop. I would write estimates and email them to customers for reviews. Once the estimate was accepted I would order all parts needed, and send it all over to the mechanic so he was ready to complete the task. I would also handle all paperwork required by the state to operate a car dealership. I would make sure everything we do is up to the states standard's of operations. I was in charge of filing all notice of sales to the state. My other daily tasks included keeping a detailed inventory list of all vehicles, including any money spent on repairs. I balanced our checkbook daily to ensure we always had an accurate count of our assets. I handle all of the deposits for all accounts, mailed checks to all of our vendors. I handle almost all of the day to day operations outside of the selling of vehicles. One of my other daily tasks is keeping track of all of the storage unit payments. I am in charge of 110 units and send out monthly statements to all of our customers and keep track of any payments made. I also handle the payroll, I collect everyone's hours for the week and make sure everyone is paid for the correct amount of time worked.
