  • The store had many operational deficiencies causing the store to miss inventory the prior year. This last year I was able to get the operations to work efficiently which allowed us to make inventory and pocket an extra 55,000 back to the bottom line.

  • When first assigned to my current store we were staffed at a 55% efficiency. After making adjustments and hiring we are now staffed at a 93% efficiency.
