As a Peer Leader, I support a group of 20 first-year engineering students during their transition to CU Boulder—starting in Engineering Launch, through the Engineering First-Year Seminar (COEN1500), and continuing until classes end in December.

Prepared a variety of drinks for customers with care and attention to detail, ensuring their orders were accurate and met expectations. Took initiative in restocking supplies to maintain smooth operations and ensured the workspace was clean and welcoming for both customers and coworkers. Provided friendly and helpful customer service, answering questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive experience for everyone who visited the store.

Coached children aged 4 to 12 in foundational and intermediate gymnastics skills, tailoring instruction to fit each child's individual ability and progress. Designed and led engaging training sessions that balanced skill-building with fun, ensuring that every participant felt supported and encouraged. Focused on teaching proper techniques and fostering confidence while maintaining a safe and positive environment. Built strong connections with students and their families, celebrating milestones and helping young athletes develop a love for gymnastics.

Provided friendly and efficient customer service, assisting guests with their orders and ensuring a positive experience. Operated the cash register with accuracy, handling transactions smoothly while maintaining a welcoming demeanor. Took responsibility for keeping the facility clean and presentable, including regular upkeep of freezers to ensure proper storage conditions. Collaborated with team members to support each other during busy shifts, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.

Worked hands-on in agricultural tasks, starting with preparing soil to ensure optimal planting conditions and caring for a variety of livestock to maintain their health and well-being. Spent time weeding fields to support healthy crop growth and harvesting fresh produce, including collecting eggs and other farm goods. Assisted with loading and unloading trucks, managing supplies efficiently to keep farm operations running smoothly. Planted crops with attention to detail, contributing to the farm's productivity while embracing the rewarding challenges of farm life.
