  • Awareness: To me Awareness is probably the most important skill to have in order to be successful behind a bar It is so valuable to be able to come in to work and quickly be able to asses your day and be aware of what needs to get done and ensure nothing is overlooked
  • Efficiency: Behind the bar it is extremely important to minimize steps and work quickly to insure all guest are provided the best experience possible
  • Reliability: To be reliable and build trust is something I strive for in my life, I try to stick to my word and ensure that when I am asked to do something it gets done
  • Organization: I work hard to be the best I can be, and to me that is only possible with organization
  • Attitude/ Composure: Behind any bar there are times when everyone is looking to you for something and it can be a bit overwhelming, but to keep your composure and a great attitude makes everything continue to run smoothly Attitudes are contagious and I believe a good attitude is what you need to create a fun and exciting work environment
