I run the beverage station, which includes coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate, and all the condiments, such as sugar and creamers. I run the expeditor side of things, too, which is hot cereal like cream of wheat for breakfast, and hot soups for lunch and dinner. Then, finally, I run the finisher side of things, which is a 'leads' position. It is the second down from supervisor, and it pays attention to the allergies and everything. That's all the ticket to make sure the patients get what they ordered and what they can and can't have.
