  • Assist the operator with troubleshooting, setting up the machine, and assisting the operator with changing over the machine to different products on the schedule.
  • Assist the operator with quality testing of the product we are running, to make sure it is within the specifications of the product standard.
  • Mix different powders relevant to the product we are currently running, making sure it is the correct batch, and also ensuring it is the correct amount per the product standard.
  • Make sure sterilizers are complete on the off shift to ensure that Pcon3 and Do-boy can run smoothly, without any downtime.
  • Run littles in the sidelines room when the PCON schedule is slow.
  • Take over for the operator when they are not available.
