RTK enterprises had partnered Ally waste, than Ally had absorbed the company I was. I stayed as part of the merger deal.

After poor business procedures and lack of commitment and communication with the superiors above me, I had decided to end professional relations in search of new opportunities and business adventures. My responsibilities were virtually the same as they were with RTK enterprises.

• Logged mileage, stops, orders and carton counts for each route.
• Promoted company values through consistent demonstration of commitment to excellence during daily operations.
• Inspected and took care of company vehicle daily, including oil changes and any other service Required to maintain the vehicle.
• Provided exemplary customer service while handling inquiries or complaints, fostering loyalty among clientele.
• Supported business growth initiatives by actively participating in promotional events and providing valuable feedback to management.
• Managed time effectively to accommodate both regular stops as well as ad-hoc requests from clients along the delivery route.

- Took home and cared for a personal company vehicle.
- Drove company vehicle along a scheduled route, completing maintenance
work, waste management, and waste removal for apartment complexes.
- Took off-call emergency requests, met with property managers, and helped
other employees complete work as needed.
- Became manager of entire regional operations, including regular
routine inspections of other employees work, restocking employee supplies
and PPE, regular safety meetings, and face to face meetings for working
deals with future clients.
- Operated a 16ft flatbed trailer with a V8 pick-up truck, loaded large hauls of
up to 6,000 lbs of weight in large item waste, properly secured loads, and
drove hauls to the local dump.

• Met with residential consumers, discussing times of operation, work zones, safety hazards, hardware placement, and functionality of installed equipment post installation
• Properly documented paper work and recorded/photographed jobsite, installation details, wire diagrams, proper information as needed for future maintenance and operation of system
• Assessed, planned, and executed each installation with quality and time efficiency
• Covid-19 has hit us all very hard
• I've spent the better part of this last year trying to make ends meet like everyone else
• I lost my job in the pandemic, than my home, and had to relocate
• Even still, I remain positive as ever and ready for a new work environment
