I learned safety skills in front house and backhouse of the restaurants. Hospitality and Management Skills was learned also, focusing on customer service and satisfaction to customers. Team leadership as well as individual leadership when pressed for time and resources. Learning that my staff attitude toward work is depended upon my ability to communicate effectively in some cases stern and direct but not over bearing and disrespectful  emphasize to my staff that there is no I in teamwork.
