In high school I was fortunate enough to have a family that supported my education all the way through college. My junior year of high school I started focusing on finding a career I passionately enjoyed doing. I started a CNA program through my high school and even gained some clinical experience. During this time, I learned a lot about my strengths in patient care. By the time I made it to college, I ended up having got get a part-time job that turned to a fulltime job in the spring and summer months. I eventually changed my major from nursing to respiratory therapy after special consideration. As of now I am currently finishing up with my RT program and preparing for graduation in May of 2024.
As a student, I am fully aware that I still have a ton to learn even after I graduate I am very open to learning new skills that can benefit myself or coworkers as a team to work more efficiently together I am passionate about providing care for patients, especially in critical conditions , and I am very open to learning new strategies in different environments to efficiently benefit time management, compassion, medications, teamwork, communication, critical thinking, and decision making in a work environment I communicate well with others and believe in leadership highly I believe that as a team it is important to work well with one another while also helping each other in categories they are struggling with I believe in respect and dedication in a professional environment no matter the person you interact with
