Duties include the layout of plans, safe operation of scissor and boom lifts, heavy lifting, installation of both metal and wood siding, roofing, etc. needed to to build a variety of primarily pole-barns and prefabricated storage units, as well as job site clean-up while adhering to safety regulations and construction standards.

Focused on safely and efficiently performing demolition of site ahead of carpentry crew, general clean up of job site, installed some flooring and sheeted plywood and fiberglass.

Deployed to active fire zones and both lived and worked outdoors in support of coordinated fire suppression efforts. Duties included safely creating hand lines, various trench digging, and the removal of vegetation across large areas to prevent fire spread, completion of gridding, and spot checks to ensure no smoldering or hot spots remained as well as mop-up activities. I also was involved with the 2022 fire season for 6 weeks.

Safely and efficiently operated various lawn care equipment to perform a wide variety of landscape maintenance activities. Which required constantly working outdoors and ensuring customer satisfaction with the work completed.

Position required constant safe driving for delivery within short time frames to ensure customer’s satisfaction. Accurate processing of payments via phone, making change accurately and providing a high level of customer service were critical to job performance.

Progressed from entry level to Night Shift Cook and Manager with duties that involved food preparation and cooking of items in a manner that insured customer happiness as well as adherence to safe food handling practices. The position also involved a significant amount of heavy lifting and sanitation for food preparation surfaces.
