  • Responsible for 2024-2031 planning, workforce strategy, and in-year budget management. Accountable to the Vice President, EH&S
  • This role began with management of the $28M PG&E Academy budget. I was recognized as successful in that task, and my scope was increased to manage the entire ~$70M EH&S budget. This includes BPD planning, headcount governance, and partnering on GRC development.
  • In-year budget management includes data analysis and monthly reporting, reviewing and approving contractor spend, and collaborating closely with Business Finance partners and internal stakeholders to ensure operational objectives are met within budget
  • Financial thought leader for EH&S. Provide financial advice and guidance to the EH&S leadership team in collaboration with Business Finance. Also provided quarterly fiscal training to all of the organization.
  • Led other strategic projects related to employee/public safety and data. Crucial projects include KPI metric and tree development, STIP metric analysis and development, and data analysis related to Serious Injury or Fatality (SIF)
  • Waste elimination lead for EH&S, meeting all targets

These investigations included enhanced enforcement, regulatory required self-reports, injury/fatality cause evaluations, Wildfire Mitigation Plan gap analysis and collaboration with Asset Failure Analysis

  • Led a team of IBEW represented employees that are responsible for the operations and maintenance of transmission pipeline, gas regulation and large customer metering
  • Customers included service to Chevron, Conoco Phillips, Bayer Corporation, and the University of California Berkeley. Regular engagement was required for these impactful Customers
  • Responsible for emergency response, public and employee safety and meeting regulatory requirements
  • Field project leader responsible for the safety of over 100 project employees and contractors during the hydro-testing of transmission pipeline stretching from the Carquinez Bridge into Oakland
  • Owner of the local asset registry to ensure that all equipment was catalogued in SAP and that operating diagrams provided the most up to date information for safe operation
