- Responsible for 2024-2031 planning, workforce strategy, and in-year budget management.
- This role began with management of the $28M PG&E Academy budget. I was recognized as successful in that task, and my scope was increased to manage the ~$70M EH&S budget. This includes organization financial planning (BPD), incorporation of headcount governance, and partnering on GRC development.
- In-year budget management includes data analysis and monthly reporting, reviewing and approving contractor spend, and collaborating closely with Business Finance partners and internal stakeholders to ensure operational objectives are met within budget
- Led other strategic projects related to employee/public safety and data. Crucial projects include KPI metric and tree development, STIP metric analysis and development, and data analysis related to Serious Injury or Fatality (SIF) and motor vehicle incidents

- Field project leader responsible for the safety of over 100 project employees and contractors during the hydro-testing of transmission pipeline stretching from the Carquinez Bridge into Oakland
- Owner of the local asset registry to ensure that all equipment was catalogued in SAP and that operating diagrams provided the most up to date information for safe operation
