  • Provide proactive patrol, incident response and first response to medical emergencies
  • Coordinated a multi-agency Teen Diversion Program
  • Developed a safe driving training class for citizens and established rapport and trust with the community
  • Built excellent rapport and working relationships with other Minnetonka City Department leaders, to build trust and work through projects as a team
  • Lead various use of force, firearms, Taser and IMPBA bike training courses
  • Toward Zero Deaths grant coordinator, which included writing a federal grant, managing a budget and organizing traffic enforcement details for multiple police departments

  • Worked with state and local agencies to implement blue traffic lights at several intersections to reduce red light violations and motor vehicle crashes
  • Assisted with the planning and safety of a city hosted concert event, attended by more than 3,000 citizens
