Trevor Mitscher

I was responsible for answering customer questions and signing them up for the car wash plan that fit them. I also directed cars into the wash and kept the car wash team aware of what was coming. I also ran the register and cleaned the convenience store.

My responsibilities were to open the store each morning and bake cookies. I also maintained a clean shop and prepared ingredients. I took orders from customers and operated the register.

fI started as a normal line employee, making pizzas, running the register and cleaning the store. I also took deliveries as needed. After 2 years I was promoted to shift manager, giving me extra responsibilities. I learned how to schedule shifts and maintain inventory. After another year I was promoted to general manger, making me the person responsible for the whole store. I learned sales and how to promote the store and gained experience hiring employees.

My responsibility at Home Goods was to maintain the furniture department. I assisted with unloading products and bring them out to the sales floor, making furniture displays and helping customers pick items that would compliment their homes. I also worked the cash register as needed and helped keep the store clean and organized.
