  • Liaison with Flightline Delivery Operations leadership on DCMA 8210, Safety Check List’s, procedures to ensure all safety related compliance requirements are met.
  • Work closely with Company, DOD and Foreign National delivery flight and ground crews to mitigate any quality, safety, and maintenance concerns during all stages of aircraft production and delivery.
  • Reviews training reports and elevates delinquencies / deficiencies to stimulate resolutions. Coordinates with Training Representative to maximize learner throughput focusing on reducing training associated direct cost and inadvertent training charged to overtime.

  • Currently overseeing ARC-210 radio and Chelton antenna modifications to the C-130J. Ensure in keeping time lines and cost of removals and installation of components, wiring and wire routing.   • Safety and quality SME for 5 local E2 commands and 1 C2 command, also assisting the Atlantic Coast Helicopter Wing Assurance program conducting scheduled and spot inspections for NAMP and command quality instructions.
  • Completed numerous induction and acceptance inspection of aircraft from DEPOT level maintenance.
  • Worked efficiently with DEPOT contractors for spot repairs on aircraft, giving training and briefs of WING and Command requirements for maintenance, FOD, Tool, and flight safety documents and instructions.
  • Coordinated and worked 300 aircraft mishaps and investigations from minor aircraft damage to major aircraft damage due to maintainers not following procedures, SE misuse & abuse causing aircraft damage, TFOA’s, and 8 aircraft crashes with 2 of them involving loss of life.
