With my forklift certification, I also made sure to relocate pallets, wrap products, and load trucks. For the last 3 months of my tenure with Keurig, I served as an interim team lead and aided my supervisor and district manager in guiding the team successful operations; that involved delegating team members to certain stations, ensuring that everyone was having efficient pick rate, and updating paperwork.
