Green Tech Solutions Inc is a North Carolina based recycle company, with the home facility based out of Tianjin Sheng Xin, China. I was responsible for the deconstruction and set up of their new facility in Blacksburg, Sc. My Job was to insure that the facility, that was previously a textile mill become operational within the time frame given to myself and my crew. My ability to perform the desired task with minimal support such as power, water, and minimal equipment challenged me to think outside the box and find solutions for a building over sixty five thousand square feet in size. • Established and enforced clear goals to keep all employees on same level and working collaboratively.

  • Executed new training initiative to improve skills and develop leaders from within.
