With a strong work ethic and passion for automotive technology, I began my professional journey at Valvoline as a technician after graduating high school in 2017. Through dedication and perseverance, I quickly advanced to the position of general manager in February 2021. Demonstrating exceptional leadership, our store achieved remarkable success, securing the top spot in additional revenue sales for both August and September. Additionally, we exceeded the yearly profit goal by an impressive 249%. My first year as a manager surpassed all financial expectations. Seeking new challenges, I transitioned to self-employment as an Amazon Flex driver and Amazon seller. Quincey Farr, my former Area Manager at Valvoline, invited me to join Safelite in September 2023. Eager to expand my skill set, I completed a 2-3 month training program to become a glass technician. Within just six months of becoming a glass technician, I was honored with the opportunity as the Lead Technician at another location, a position I currently hold today.
