  • Eden House serves clients from ages 18-80 by assisting with applying for housing assistance in the form of vouchers, applying for housing opportunities and linking them to outside substance abuse and mental health resources

  • We Served adults with severe mental health disorders as well as adults with substance abuse disorders to assist them with continued stabilization as well as linkages to outpatient services and housing
  • Clients at the CRT stay at the CRT for up to 30 days
  • Responsible for supervising the Recovery Counselor team which included six full time recovery counselors and twelve on call recovery counselors who provided direct services to clients
  • Responsible for creating the monthly schedule for the Recovery Counselors to maintaining a staffing ratio of one recovery counselor for every eight residents on the unit
  • Responsible for planning and scheduling daily group meetings for the clients
