There is absolutely no substitute for experience as experience provides the needed solutions to all of businesses challenges. There are no two days alike; however, many daily business challenges are circular meaning that they are repetitive in nature. The goal is to understand how the same problems surface in business and that management have been there before providing the self-same solutions. This type of leadership reduces pressure and stress and allows for a highly motivated and productive team focused on the bottom line result.


One of the greatest threats to any business is the lack of cash-flow. As a leader, whether it be as the CEO, Salesperson, Sales Manager, Marketing or Advertising Manager, or any other business position for that matter is to ensure that CASH-FLOWS. The old adage that "nothing happens without a sale" remains true as sales is the only generator of income in any business and constant growth is the only way to ensure a profitable and a sustainable business.
