I have taken the leadership role many many times especially recently in Amazons CMH3 building, my proudest achievement was getting the opportunity to redesign stations in non con and give ideas on how to make it be more efficient down in non con, with my help the new stations are much better, more efficient easier to get supplies etc, I also take part in helping train or retrain new hires or transfers, doing so allowed new people to come to the team the new hires I have guided and helped are now very proficient at their job and always feel comfortable to come to me to ask questions, I also help run departments sometimes on my own, whilst hitting very high rates, this helps the building because it allows for managers to be able to focus on other things and not run all around the place and helps with over all costs
