In my main district, non con(non conveyable items) we pack larger and heavier shipments that cannot go on the conveyor belt, I mainly run non con on the front half shift, my main job is to make sure we get priority items out on time, efficiently safely, and quickly, I efficiently pack with high rates and efficiently solve any problems in the non con related district and manage the priority items to be shipped to non con
Some accomplishments I’ve had in the current Amazon warehouse I woke in is one of the projects I did for my operations managers, Frank he had me set up a more efficient setup to the stations in the non con area and make a template of how they should look, and asked me for ideas for the things that should be done in that district, anotrr accomplishment I do is run the entire non con section on my own on most days, packing pulling priority cages, communicating on the radios with people to make sure we get items out, if any problems go on down there I make sure they get resolved in any way shaper or form, I make sure I preform to my best abilities on a daily basis and ensure I help others
