Engine assembly check clearances and tolerances of engine parts. Assemble complete engine build in a timely fashion. Assembly cylinder heads to proper spec for the engine build. Work with sales team to ensure engine parts are correct for engine build. Record and maintain documentation of engine builds.

Engine machining hone cylinders and align hone main bore to correct tolerance. Deck blocks to desired deck heights.

Tig welding aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel fabrication. Manufacture headers, alternator brackets and oil pump pickup tubes.

Engine block machinist including balancing crankshafts, engine block prep, align hone, cylinder hone, deck block, and final cleaning. Other duties included engine and cylinder head assembly.
