I develop and manage individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet diverse student needs. I apply differentiated instruction and modified general education curriculum using various techniques and technologies. I foster a positive learning environment and maintained strong communication with families to support student growth and success.

My role was split between two elementary schools to provide special education services in all academic areas for grades K-5. I provided instruction using Wilson Language, Just Words, Fundations, and Read Naturally. For math I utilized the district’s program of GoMath! program.

I was the Learning Adaptive Behavior teacher for grades Kindergarten to Third Grade. My responsibilities included providing instruction in all academic areas in the general education setting as well as in a sub-separate classroom. I was responsible for implementing individualized behavior plans.
