Event coordination

I have collaborated with my team to set up a beautiful well thought out floor plan, decoration, event specials. As the beverage manager, i coordinate with the sales manager to ensure beverage packages to meet the needs of the client. I inventory the beverage product before and after event, and maintain the computer inventory system to work with accounting on insuring a successful event and relationships with the financial department. I manage the in house liquor room and ordering for the entire facility: Two restaurants, Ballroom, Grandstands, and satellite bars.
