- Manages a theatre staff, including front of house, box office, and technicians to ensure clients' needs are met.
- Maintain ongoing relationships and communication with tenants, staff, and subcontractors for positive image. Maintain clear channel of communication with staff, volunteers, and program participants.
- Create an office support system that allows for timely and accurate accounting and record keeping, including the areas of statistical reports related to all performing arts programs, accounting of expenditures and other reporting as required.
- Manage and supervise theatre and event staff providing leadership, continuing education and encouragement to provide skilled customer service with excellence in all areas of sound, lighting, and theatre.
