  • Oversee and facilitate the smooth operation, communication, and contractual obligations of rental activity in the theatre and community rooms. Responsibilities include correctly interpreting and expediting event contract rider information, and execution of contracts.
  • Oversee the budget and fiscal responsibilities of the theatre department, including rentals and staffing, equipment maintenance, and venue upgrades.
  • Cultivate and maintain contacts with promoters, performers, and other companies regarding the theatre venue and community rooms.
  • Manages a theatre staff, including front of house, box office, and technicians to ensure clients' needs are met.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships and communication with tenants, staff, and subcontractors for positive image. Maintain clear channel of communication with staff, volunteers, and program participants.
  • Create an office support system that allows for timely and accurate accounting and record keeping, including the areas of statistical reports related to all performing arts programs, accounting of expenditures and other reporting as required.
  • Manage and supervise theatre and event staff providing leadership, continuing education and encouragement to provide skilled customer service with excellence in all areas of sound, lighting, and theatre.
  • Resolve any guest concerns in a prompt and professional manner, regarding, but not limited to: service, price, product, quality, etc.
