I have worked in EMS for nearly a decade. I have been serving the Fort Worth community since 2019, and I am seeking to broaden my skill set. In 2020 I became an FTO and quickly realized I have a passion for teaching future EMS providers. In November2025 I acquired my EMS Instructor Certification. I look forward to continuing my journey as an EMS Educator with the Fort Worth Fire Department.
I have worked for Fort Worth Fire Department as a single role Lead Paramedic since the transition on July 1st, 2025. I am also a Field Training Officer, and frequently assist with the clinical training of new recruits.
In the role of Lead Paramedic, I provide compassionate pre hospital emergency care in a busy 911 system.
In the role of Field Training Officer, I teach new recruits how to fulfill the roles of EMT and Paramedic. Both clinically and operationally.
During my time with Medstar Mobile Healthcare, I provided emergent and non emergent medical care for nearly seven years. I started with Medstar as an EMT basic. I acquired my FTO at the end of 2020, and maintained my FTO status throughout the duration of my time with Medstar. I upgraded to a Paramedic in 2024.
I worked as an EMT basic for Sacred Cross, on a transfer truck. I provided BLS care for long and short distance patient transports.
