• Having 10+ years of experience managing SLA/KPIs for multiple applications under Enterprise Managed Service Model
• Have been working on code optimization, peer code review and maintaining code quality
• Involved in multiple PMO level activities starting from coming year application-based contract pricing, making sunset roadmaps, leading multiple tech currency projects etc.
• Have been working with 10+ client managers and 5 SLTs from onsite positions
• Have been preparing, reviewing and presenting monthly Governance Deck/Scorecard and weekly Status report for 150+ applications to Customer’s SLTs
