Accruing an abundance of career versatility throughout the years of my early career, I am a passionate, driven, and hardworking individual.


I have eight years of experience working in Customer Service, and for two of those years I worked at Humana Military-TRICARE as a Department of Defense Contractor enrolling members of the active duty, guard, and reserves United States Military branches.


After the completion of extensive training to perform my role at Humana, I provided a warm presence, accurate and successful execution of their requests, and went the extra mile to fully accommodate my clients to my greatest ability, I take pride in my passion for helping others, and I share gratitude and positivity with those I have the pleasure of working with.


My experience with Humana significantly improved my ability to adapt and learn in unfamiliar and vastly changing environments, mitigate risks virtually, and connect with others with the upmost regard for customers as well as my counterparts, managers, and the companies I have worked for.
