My job is to answer any questions about a product, recommend a product if needed and helping locate it, while also informing them about our credit card options, financing, delivery options, or deals of the month

Before the veterinarian comes in, I will discuss with the pet parent any sort of concerns or anything specific wanting to be done that day
I assist with X-rays, running lab samples, filling prescriptions, making follow-up appointments, sterilizing surgical equipment in the autoclave, and assist with euthanasias
I am also a kennel technician so some days, I am more in the back and dealing with our boarders
I do laundry, keep all the animals healthy and fed, bring them on walks, clean cages and clean any outdoor kennels, wash dishes, expense medicine, and a ton more!
Some days we have pets that come in for surgery, and get put under anesthesia, once out of surgery, I help monitor the pet during recovery as they regain consciousness

It is a very fast paced and exciting environment!
